Staff permissions for "Every Point" control what staff can do on every machine - or - point.
Show Cost Price
Staff can see the cost price in product information and can select "Cost Price" when changing the price of a sold item.
Show Wholesale Price
Staff can see wholesale prices in product information and can select "Wholesale Price" when changing the price of a sold item.
Print Sales Preview On Sign Out
When a staff member logs out an overview of their sales will be printed out.
Pay Customers Charge Account
Staff members can pay a customer charge account from the sales screen. Charge account payments can be seen in staff reports (detailed)
Balance Cash Drawer On Log In
When a staff member logs in they will be prompted to enter balance in the cash drawer. If Print sales preview on sign out is enabled then this amount will be printed also.
Add A Product If It Isn't Entered
If a staff member scans a barcode and it isn't in the products list then they can add it in. Staff can add any detail to the new product, including price and discount.
Add Products To Stock Level
Staff members can add to a product's stock level from the sales screen.
