Staff Switching

Our system allows for seamless staff switching while keeping them signed in. This feature is especially useful for switching between staff members after completing a sale or after parking a sale.

To activate the "Staff Switching" feature, you need to go to the "Settings" tab on the Administration Screen (Dashboard/Back Office), select the "Staff" subcategory tab, and then access the "Settings" section. Within the "Staff Switching" category, turn on the one of the following options. Remember to save your changes by clicking the "Save" button.

To switch to another staff member during a sale, click the "Menu" button in the Sale Screen and select "Switch User". This will automatically sign you out and allow another staff member to sign in.
